Party Equipment Rental & Safety Guidelines

We offer the best jump inflatables, water slides, spacewalks, bounce houses and inflatable dry slides on the Northshore. When renting from Monster Jump, you are agreeing to abide by the following rental policy and safety guidelines. RENTAL POLICY

BOOKING A RENTAL

Renting an inflatable is easy. You can request a reservation online via our “RESERVE NOW” form. This will put you in line for the rental, should it be available, and one of our representatives will contact you by phone to confirm your booking. You may also choose to contact us by phone to make a reservation. No deposit is required.

By reserving and/or renting from Monster Jump, you (renter) agrees to all of these terms and conditions. If you have any questions in regard to these terms and conditions, please call us prior to reservations or renting. For additional information, please see the FAQ page. The person who makes the reservation (hence forth referred to as the “renter”) agrees to all of the following terms and conditions.

RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. ADULT TO ACCEPT DELIVERY

An adult (18yrs+) be home when Monster Jump delivers the inflatable/s. At the time of delivery, we will review the features of the inflatable with this individual, as well as our safety regulations.

2. ADULT SUPERVISION

An adult MUST accompany the inflatable in entire time it is in use. Renter is responsible for the safety of the children, as well as, the care of the equipment by making sure that ALL safety rules and regulations are followed.

3. YARD REQUIREMENTS

Renter is responsible to ensure that the inflatable area is available and prepared for the inflatable setup. The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet waste. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Spacewalks can be setup on concrete, driveways, streets or other paved surfaces. Renter is responsible to let Monster Jump know about these types of surfaces at the time of reservation. Special safety precautions must be taken. Dry slides and water slides can not be setup on concrete, driveways, streets or other paved/graveled surfaces. The surface for all slides must be soft, grassy, level and flat.

4. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

We recommend a grounded 120-volt outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. The power source should be within ~75 feet of the unit setup. Please do not plug the blower into power strips, additional extension cords or into a power source that may be damaged.

5. WATER REQUIREMENTS (APPLICABLE FOR WATER INFLATABLES ONLY)

Water slides require that a water supply be within ~100 feet of the unit setup. Water must remain on the entire time the water slide is in use. Monster Jump will supply the garden hose that will attach to the water slide. However, if renter has a hose available on site, we can use the available garden hose to supply the water.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & WEIGHT LIMITS

Unless these limitations are posted on the inflatable, please follow these simple guidelines:

Water Slides/Dry Slides: 3 occupants @ 200 lbs per person
Space Walks: 10 occupants @ 200 lbs per person
Combo Units: 6 occupants @ 200 lbs per person

Please adhere to these limitaions to avoid injury and/or damage to the inflatable.

7. WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE

People who are under the influence of drugs/alchol, are under the age of 3 years old, pregnant, physically/mentally impaired or have a medical condition should not be allowed on ANY inflatable.

8. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are NOT ALLOWED on ANY of our inflatables: shoes, eyeglasses, belts, jewelry, sharp objects, toys, items that may puncture the inflatable, food, candy, gum, drinks, silly string (spray string), confetti, fireworks, animals, soap (or like substances), baby oil (or like substances), or open flames.

9. AFTER THE SETUP

After Monster Jump delivers and sets up your inflatable/s, do not alter the anchoring system, move the inflatable or otherwise alter the inflatable.

10. SAFETY REGULATIONS

Renter agrees to abide by all of the provided safety regulations below. Please read them carefully and if you have questions, please call Monster Jump BEFORE operation/use/entering inflatables.

CANCELLATIONS

Emergencies are not something you can plan for, so if there is a family emergency, we are happy to work something out to reschedule your rental.

If the local forecast is calling for high winds (> 15 MPH), or rain on the morning of your reservation, we will contact you via phone to reschedule your reservation for another day. If you feel that rain or wind is a concern, please bring this to our attention PRIOR to us arriving at your location. No Refunds will be provided once the inflatable is set up. Monster Jump reserves the right to cancel a rental if it is raining or rain is inevitable.

Rescheduling is based on availability for the day requested.

ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: Renter holds Monster Jump (and company) blameless for any related injury during usage of any inflatable rental from Monster Jump. In addition, renter understands the above terms and conditions and understands the safety regulations outlined below. Renter will be held responsible for any damage and/or cleaning fees resulting from negligence, abuse, theft, extraordinary use and/or disregard of any part of this RENTAL POLICY. Monster Jump reserves the right to refuse service.
